A TASTING OF 6-7 DIFFERENT CHEESES FROM THE SWISS ALPS. LEARN THE HISTORY BEHIND EACH CHEESE AND WHAT MAKES THEM THE MOST PRIZED CHEESES IN THE WORLD. Chef Stephan will demonstrate how to properly use these cheeses in fondue, as well as sending you home with your own little kit to do with friends and family.

CULINARY CLASS TERMS
A credit card is required to confirm and hold you spot in the class. If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to the cooking class, a credit toward another class will be issued. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the cooking class, no credits will be given and and the credit card on file will be charged for your cost of the class. Alternatively, you may send a substitute to take your spot in the class, or we can email you all of the recipes if no-one can attend.
